So I am getting all confused, not difficult.
Paid over 110tl and got a gcn mega package. This last for 30 days, but it seems 150 mins disappear after 2 weeks.

So I will be left with 100 mins, plus data and SMS.

At the end of 30 days, what might be my options. Can I just buy credits, to keep the number?

If I credit the number every 3 months will I be able to keep this number.

Can't seem to get a straight answer when in the shop, tried messaging and helpline just sends to a top up thing.

Has anyone got a number for turkcell that I can call to speak to a real person please?

I'll do that. We had spotted it and we are coming from Tatlisu direction, so convenient.

Obviously have no idea of your phone usage, but it might be an idea to go with the basic contract which is peanuts something like 5-6 TL. You can then add a package if you so desire. So long as you pay your monthly phone bill, which you can do online, you will keep your number.

Monthly package is what it says you have to renew it monthly or eventually you will lose the number.

If you buy a certain amount you get some free but only stay on phone for a week so you must use in first week or so or you loose it

frugal 90, I hope you can get a sensible answer from a Turkcell shop. I've been trying for 6 months to discover why Turkcell reception is so bad in our house. I've spoken to charming, smiley, giggly little girls, seemingly knowledgeable Engineering types, with variable abilities and NOT ONE of them was able to supply me in either TRNC or Turkey with a name of a "person" who might be able to help. I think your query is probably simpler to solve than mine!!
