Hi,

Has anyone been to this?
Looks nice from the outside but its always deserted!

Went last night with the intention of trying it and it was closed!!

Some of my friends went and were impressed. Apparently the guy is a fisherman, so he takes the best of his catch and sells the rest, Hoping to try myself soon but beware lobster is 100 tl per portion.

The lobster will be imported and probably frozen.

Closed Mondays.We have friends who have eaten there,said it is excellent.Had to ask for no more mezze as thought there be no room for main course.Very impressed,if a little expensive.We will be trying it Saturday.Will post findings.

Don`t think you get many lobsters out of the Med.

There used to be a lovely little restaurant in Sunninghill, in the UK, called The Red Lobster and they were sued by the huge US Red Lobster chain for trademark theft, they were forced to change their name to The Red Mobster.
Good thing such things don't happen here lol!

Went last week, food was excellent, mezes may be the best we have ever had and we live here and eat out regularly. Excellent value for money, but best if you do like fish and sea food, although there is meat on the menu. T bone steak was excellent.

Going again tomorrow....very very impressed, hope they keep up the standards.

Turn down towards Tervetoloa and Merit Hotel, then there is a small road on the left, it is signposted, go quite a way along this road and it is on the left hand side.

Yes! Another fabulous meal last night. Lovely restaurant with lovely staff and owner.

We had a really good lunch there yesterday, and are going back tonight for lobster. Well worth a visit!

You cannot have everything

Well, they all seemed very happy tonight. Food was excellent, and the left-overs are now in the fridge, ready for tomorrow night's feast.

If its 100tl for lobster portion, unfortunately we won't be visiting very often sad to say. I prefer fresh Cromer crab in any case, caught that morning.

There is much more than Lobster on the menu.

My Rib-Eye steak last night was superb - definitely the best steak that I've had in KKTC.

The lunches (choice of starters and fish) are excellent, and very good value for money.

I have now been 3 times. 1st visit i had a steak. Not great but the rest of the food was delicious. Both other visits were fabulous. The Meze starters were delicious but i always insist on having the liver with my. Meze. The best i have tasted on the island. Not been since the weather has turned. Has it moved inside?

Eight of us went last Saturday.Meze is excellent.Five had fresh fish,some filleted & some on the bone.All cooked beautifully.Only complaint,thought the fish could have come with veggies not chips.Will be going again soon.

Visited there from meal on Friday evening had lobster absolutely beautiful fantastic I enjoyed my whole meal, restaurant was beautiful staff very friendly,Be visiting them again thoroughly enjoyed myself.

Very fresh lobster.....certainly not frozen, in fact swimming around in the tank! Very nice, excellent value for money. One of my new best places to eat and I am the fussiest person on earth when it comes to food, although I do agree with the veg comment!
