Basic wedding in North Cyprus

Been there and done it all in the past when we were a lot younger so now just want a very basic wedding.
How does one just get an English speaking registrar to conduct a wedding say at ones home rather than a wedding planner with full blown venue?
Anyone got contact details for a registrar?
What else do we have to do about registering etc?
Any advice greatly appreciated
(Apart from don't do it lol)

I am a wedding planner based here in the TRNC. You do not have to have a full blown affair. We can just organise the legals if you wish and leave the reception etc to you. We can adapt the package to whatever you require.

Stick with someone like Fatma who has done it herself, like everything else here, why pay for someone to do it for you when with a little application you can do it yourself.

Just for the record do tell kibkomer s as to what you felt was viable. Whether you feel it can be done yourself or whether having a wedding planner is a good option for someone as yourself wanting something 'homely and simple'.
