I am trying to find a shop or someone that can make me a traditional wedding cake, not the sweet gooey cakes that i have seen out there...

traditional 3 tiers, cream icing, with flowers, but no cake topper (i shall supply that myself)

any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated

There are several places, but why not try Teresa Cefa of Weddings North Cyprus. Take a look at her web page, or e mail me and I will givve her phone number. Or if yu look her up on Facebook there are pictures of the cakkes she makes. Or there is Fatma who made a 9 tier cake for a wedding at Bellapasi and is a great cook. Again I can give thephone number if you want it. Then there are other shops arounjd. But sometimes these individeuals are the best.

The very best wedding cake, in fact, any cake that I have tasted here has been baked by Jill Clark. Jill owned a cake shop in the UK before moving here. I do not have her details but she is to be found every week at Lambousa Market. Her stall is usually by the bar in the corner. Otherwise, I am sure somebody on here can supply her details.
