Looking to Rent Long Term - Unfurnished or Part Furnished

Would anyone have available soon(ish) a house, villa or bungalow, three beds (or preferably 4 beds if no other storage area), but at least 1 dbl/twin bed and bathroom on the ground floor level. Unfurnished or part furnished but with white goods at least and air con, and with a good size garden. Not worried whether pool or not. Anywhere between Çatalköy to Karaoğlanoğlu (or will go to Alsancak, but nearer to Karaoğlanoğlu end the better).

Hi we have a bungalow in Alsancak which is 4 bedroomed all ensuite available upto the 25th Aug then being used for 3 weeks after that not being used until Apr 2013. for further details send me your email address.
