is this apartment still available, and how much is it per month?

if not, me and my husband are looking asap for a 2 - 3 bedroom
house or apartment pref bottom floor or one with own garden.
we not bothered about a pool as dont have the time.

if you can help us, our budget is £200 - £230 per month
