Rental: 3 Bed Bungalow or Villa Required

Just when we thought we had found somewhere that we really like our landlord dropped a bombshell and informed us yesterday that he wishes to spruce up the property and put it on the market to sell

We have started visiting all the agents that we know of but no one seems to have a 3 Bedroomed, unfurnished villa or bungalow, pool not essential; from Karsiyaka to Catalkoy so, maybe there are some about but not with any of the agents.
