Villa or bungalow wanted for rent

We are looking for a villa or bungalow to rent, 2/3 beds with a pool, in the new year (2013 ) as our current lease runs out then. We are looking for a long lease, 5 years plus !! We are a retired English couple who would prefer to maintain the garden and pool ourselves. We have been living in the TRNC for nearly eight years, and would prefer Alsancak / Lapta area, but would be willing to look elsewhere !! 05338421492 / 05338421480
