Available from 1st June 2012 our lovely little wooden cabin with acres of space and views to die for. Set in the coastal area of Kaplica looking out to Kantara castle, Kaplica Harbour and Kaplica village.
We are looking for long term tenants 3 months minimum to live here and take care of our trees and 2 dogs.
In return we will be asking only 400tl per month rent (payable in advance). No water or electric bills to pay and a furnished cabin with gas cooker, fridge, beds and wood burner. decking where you can sit and admire the stunning views. 2 minutes walk across old coast road to sandy beaches for swimming and free mooring in the harbour if you have a boat.
An exceptional spot for artists/writers or nature lovers.
For more information contact Penny 0533 840 2671 now.

Wow. That didn't take long! Must have been virtually instantaneous. But sounded like a bargain to me. Hope whoever has rented will enjoy staying in such a magic spot. I know my lovely friend Sally Ann loved it over there.
