I have a villa to rent in Catalkoy, near the Acapulco resort.
Private location with panoramic sea views.
3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lounge and kitchen. All are downstairs
10 x 5 metre pool, which is currently empty.
There is a further upstairs bedroom and bathroom and this will be kept locked for occasional use by the owner.
Owner is normally in North Cyprus for 2 visits of 1 month each per annum.
Villa is furnished and kitchen stocked with usual utensils. New oven and hob, plus fridge freezer.
Rent is £350 pcm.

So where do your tenants go when you move in for a few weeks

Hi Deniz
I was hoping that I could use the upstairs bedroom and bathroom and the tenants use the remaining 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs.
If that would be inconvenient for the tenants, I could consider staying in a hotel
