If "builder's blackmail" or a "stealth mortgage" is preventing you from getting your property deeds you need specialist legal help and lots of determination.
The £eagle can assess your case and see if there is a viable solution for you.
Just click on the e-mail envelope next to this message and send me your problem.

Hi there £eagle. I would like to contact you about a deeds question, but your email doesn't appear. Could you post it here please?

Thanks

Tom

If you look at the message, and the date below £eagle, there are 3 tiny boxes just to the right of the date, 3rd one gives you e.mail address.

Well, I would certainly not divulge my Property and other details to someone who has not stated his name, 'phone number, company details and address, legal status, or any other contact details.

For all I know, it could be a 'phishing' scam, possibly by Greek Cypriots or their sympathisers.

'£eagle' - You are going to have to be a lot more open, if you expect people to give you information.

Well I think that he ought to be more transparent about it - to be honest, I don't know who you are either

Yes he does seem to have done so, and if a crook of some kind wanted to gain our confidence, that is precisely what he would do!

I am not saying that he is a crook, or has any ulterior motive, but I would advise everyone to avoid giving out personal information - particularly about Property or Land in TRNC(!) - to someone who is essentially 'anonymous'.

Don't forget: -

well put Keith. You cannot assume that every thing is as it seems on the internet otherwise I would now be a multi millionaire with all the people from third world countries that want to give me/share millions to put into my bank account.
