Does anybody know the import duty rate if I was to bring a new TV with me via Ercan

I do not want to be bringing one if the tax is so high that I would be better off buying locally

Although it was sometime ago ,I was advised not to bring a new one,as depending on what the custom man's wife wanted that week it could be confiscated. Also the guarantee is invalid if you have a problem. I suggest you buy a new one here.

Is it possible there may even be a shop with a website other than arcelik
