I think it might be an idea for poster no1 to go to this office for themselves to decide. a chat costs nothing and you can form your own opinions as to whether you wish to use their help or not.
Polly Marples is stating the opinion of someone who WAS closely connected and is no longer.

Not too sure what is going on here, but I sense that old news/trouble from C44 is trying to be brought out on to this forum. A little warning to new members, there will be no warning if trouble is being stirred. You will be banned from Kibkom instantly.

I went to visit Pembe today and gave me some good advice well worth the visit, if you have any queries with anything legal pop along and have a word, very helpful.

I am the Treasurer of a lovely 19 villa walled and gated estate, 9 occupants of which pay their maintenance on time but one refuses to pay and now owes some 9,000 tl. I am led to believe that taking him to court would be a waste of money. Is Citizens Advice a help to a solution? Help, any suggestion anyone.

It's in the block of shops near China Bazaar in Karakum before you get to Bank Turkesi. 03928 150733
