BOUNDARY RULES
Does anyone know the distance a new building has to be from your own boundary line? A new property is apparently going to be erected at the end of my garden and one of the posts marking the position is only 7 feet from my boundary.

Re: BOUNDARY RULES
I was under the impression that a new property had to be 6 metres from the boundry wall.
But as you probably know, anything goes here.
I would certanly get that checked out-I believe you need to talk to a firm of architects as they seem to resolve boundry issues according to my lawyer.
