Meter Deposit for Kibtec

So Kibtec want 470 tl deposit for the name change on the electric meter
I've been paying the bill for 5 years but not in my name
What happens with the 470TL?
1. does it come off future monthly bills
2 Does it sit in Kibtec's bank account till I leave and then refunded to me
3 Is it just theirs to keep?
or what if anything different thanks in anticipation

option 2 its a deposit they keep it until hand over the account to someone else when you close your account they give you your deposit back

In 8 years we have been here i have never known any one get any money back from Kibtec

i collected the cheque for someone who has left last month so i know it works

.. they are very clever...
they know most of all people will leave the country and going back to UK if they disconnect the meter/electricity.
So if you going to kibtek.. and you paid the final bill i , it will take a minimum of 3 weeks till you can collect your check.
So who stays 3 weeks without electric in CY?

I´m still waiting for my call to pic up my check! (since 5 Weeks) And i payed a lot deposit, about 1500 TL.
