Nearest Noter to Karsiyaka

I need the services of a Noter, any ideas where the nearest one would be to Karsiyaka and directions if possible please.

I have seen a Noter office in Alsancak, along the parade of shops opposite the Simit cafe, or opposite Best Seller. Sorry, I cannot be more precise - maybe next to Mardo. Anyway, somewhere along there is a Noter.

Tes you were correct A1sysman, he is in that parade of shops in and above the vet practice. Very nice man and very helpful. Thanks for your help.
