I bought a property 50/50 with partner but not named on anything. What can we do to correct this for protection especially due to new visa rules.

I would suggest seek advice from a reputable TRNC Lawyer, preferably through qualified recommendation. I don't know the actual procedure, if indeed there is one, however someone will be long soon no-doubt with some info. How did the "error" occur in the first place, if you don't mind my asking? Were you planning to buy a second property in the other name at some stage as we were initially?

Unless you are legally married you cannot just change the names on a title deed you will effectively have to sell half to your partner & pay the resulting taxes which IMHO will not be worth the cost.
I am sure I have read that the Immigration department are recognising non married couples for residence purposes anyway.
