Consultancy invoicing from TRNC

Advice required all you financial/accounting boffins out there. I am looking to transfer my emplyment to consultancy based in North Cyprus, involving worldwide travel for my current company based in the Czech Republic, Eu and wanted to know the tax/VAT implications for myslef and my employer?

I.e where should I set up my consultancy business from within EU, TRNC or Turkey? Will I be taxed on my income etc?
