Forever home needed for this little boy

This little boy turned up at my friend's house recently but unfortunately they are swallows and are going back to England at the beginning of next week. He has obviously been dumped and he has no microchip. He is about 8 months old and very loving. He responds to some basic commands and loves children. If anyone could give him home they will be rewarded tenfold with this boy.
