Medicine to bring back to Cyprus from UK

I am wondering if anyone is going to the UK and will be returning back to Cyprus in the next month and wouldn't mind bringing some medicine Pronefra (180ml) fluid back. It is for my dog and helps with kidney problems but here is is £54 per bottle and in the UK is £29!! As you can imagine this is a big cost per month and he will be on it for the rest of his life!! So if anyone out there could help I would really appreciate it.
