Help Em Up Harness For Dogs

Are there any pet shops here that sell Help Em Up type harnesses for dogs? My elderly dog is struggling to get up and down the stairs and refuses to use a ramp.

Comfy Pets in Karakum sell some harnesses that have a handle in the middle of the back as well as a ring to which a lead can be attached - is that what you mean?
