Went there today to have Sunday lunch and to try the place out with a view to having Xmas dinner there.

Sunday lunch is advertised as being from 1200 till 1400 and we booked last Friday.
On arrival at 1230 as per booking we found staff standing around, the place was freezing cold, doors were open and staff were wearing scarves to keep warm. Tables had not been laid and it was clear they were not expecting us.

The waitress did not offer us a menu, although she did offer it to later arrivals.

The soup was very nice, as was the Helim.

The main course was well presented although the meat and some of the veg was cold. The Yorkshire puddings were stone cold. The plates were cold and this probably accounted for the cold food.

Our bill came to 53TL and on offering a 100TL note I was told they had no change.

It is a shame because someone has gone to great lengths and spent a lot of money to build and fit out such a nice place, but the staff are clearly badly led and the food needs much improvement in terms of serving hot food on hot plates.

We will not be booking our Xmas dinner there.

With so many restaurants chasing so few customers, this place really must do better.
