new bar due to open

Apparently a new bar is due to open soon near Ileli/starling supermarkets. On the left going to Lapta. Does anyone know much about it. I had heard it is to be called The Walter Mitty but it is not entirely clear.

Not sure we need more bars but one never knows it could be interesting.

I will give it 6 months, unless it is something extraordinary. There just is not the business for the bars already here and just look at the ones that have already closed.

Well lets just say good luck to them instead of killing them off before they start.
If you live in Alsancak near Ilelli supermarket you will understand that some people do like to stay out for a drink later than 9pm, as this is when some of the bars are closing even when there are customers wanting to stay later, so the new bar is going to accommodate some of us, and especially for those gasping for a drink after they have been on a plane for 6hrs, which as I have mentioned can't at the moment in this area.

I heard that the 'novelty' attraction to get customers through the door was going to be scantily clad/topless barmaids. Has anyone else heard similar ?

It would certainly make a change.
