Which area are you I may be able to help depending on condition of lights you will looking at about 100tl each to remove dismantle and replace bulbs.

I replaced my pool lights my self recently.
The halogen bulbs are (depending on the type you have)not expensive ,maybe 30tl each.
But I replaced mine for LED lights-they use 18watts instead of 100-200 watts each.
Pooltech in Catalkoy has them at good prices for here.
The other advantage of LED Is that the bulbs last way way longer than halogen.
You shouldn't even need to drain your pool as the new light will use the existing cable.
The cable should be coiled up inside the existing fitting so that you can replace them outside the pool.
It's an easy DIY job in my opinion.

To fit replacement lights cost 100TL each last year but these cheap units do not last very long. Am now changing to LED lights which should last several years and cost very little to run. Cost is about 280TL each.
