Solar Solutions Cyprus

Are you serious!!!

Asking potential customers to bring a truck to the greek side,.. collect 3? large panels,.. large stands for secure mounting,. Pump,.. Pipework,.. Controller,.. trunking/wiring etc???

Then face questions at the border about bringing the lot to the North without Customs Payments?
Then suggesting they, or their pool man fit it themselves, or possibly you, at further cost?
Will you have done a site survey? Given an all inclusive price? A Warranty? After sales service?

If you seriously want to do business in the North, you will have to offer a full service 'Turnkey' operation at a fixed price.

On your website, the only Customer review I can see is from one person who has bought a 'Solar Desk Fan' from you.

Hmmmm!

It is worse:
Despite that everybody can bring goods worth 135 euro, nobody is permitted to bring electronic equipment from the RoC to the TRNC. If not confiscated, the duties and fines will be approx 60% + VAT, so nearly double of the purchase price.
Certainly solarsolutioncyprus is not permitted to work or “fit” anything in the TRNC, as they do not have any work permits.
Anyway,
we offer Solar powered pool pump systems from the best of the best, LORENTZ. And nothing else.
refs here: http://www.lorentz.de/en/references/eur ... -trnc.html
In general, we use EU made solar modules.
Our TRNC Tax number is MS08371

We offer quality products PV panels made in Cyprus and yes we also sell PV panels from Korea as well. we have sold a lot of products in the North and are currently looking to open a showroom in Famagusta area NEXT year and offer you the customer deals like

980 watt solar system fully fitted on your house or business for = 7000 lira

solar swimming pool pump 17 cubic meters per hour with a 15 meter head fully fitted with PV panels = 7000 lira

please look at the fantastic feedback we have for our installations at ----------

solarsolutions,
if you would "stay on your side", nobody would care at all what you are doing.
But you post in a TRNC forum .. and some want answers about your systems.
So, you are going to open a shop in Gazi Magosa? Welcome!
But why? you tell us it is absolutely legal to operate from Ayios Dometios and install in the TRNC.

"980 watt solar system fully fitted on your house or business for = 7000 lira"
Can be beaten from the "chinese" Türkish cypriot solar and welding experts.

As you did not comment Owls request for equipment and services in an appropriate way..we will say nothing to the pool pump systems.

As I said I not getting into a childish debate with another company. I am sure you sell great products and if customers on the forum would like another option they can contact our company. We will be opening soon a large showroom in the North and offering Solar products at competitive prices. ( just like Kibsolar).
Please don't be scared of competition because as you say Kibsolar offers better products at a better price and better warrenty ?

Any business only survives on having CUSTOMERS!

Customers will look for a business that is Legally Registered, does not make wild claims and has a track record of happy customers.

Would you buy a car from a trader on the Greek side who promises you the 'best' deal, but asks you to collect the car from them and bring it over the border to the North at your own risk?

If you buy a car, or Solar equipment, or anything from the South, even if you do get it across without question,.. you may still be liable personally for a large Tax/Import bill if you are found out, as you may well be.

If any business tries to do business in the North, wait until they are legally TRNC registered, then get a price from them for Duty paid goods in TL or £. Make sure they show you their legal traders details.

Don't take risks on being left high & dry as well as seriously out of pocket or having your 'Illegal' goods confiscated!

Solar is becoming even more cost effective as Kibtek bills keep rising.

Make the right choices.
