Hi kibsolar,

Thank you very much for your kind offer.

We already have a partner we work with and are very busy with providing quotes, installing and having KIBTEK controls done on our systems.

At this stage I will decline your kind offer to work together.

All the best

If anyone is considering RE, usually Solar, it's a good idea to shop round and get a number of quotes for comparison.
Find a business who have a track record and can show you a number of installations as well as putting you in contact with the owners for feedback.

With the talk of Kibtek power cuts (again!) causing problems with surges, even to appliances and pool equipment, Solar is a wonderful solution with NO cuts, no voltage spikes,...... no hassle!

You can start with Solar pool pumping, saving a large chunk off your bills,... or go further for more independance, on-grid, or off-grid.

Why not start with contacting Crown & Kibsolar, seeing some of their installations, and take it from there!

well,
we are in the business since 1999 and we work since years with several other companies together.
(during the years, we also have seen them coming and going....)

we do not offer "net metering" systems only, which require a KIBTEK permission, but, ie, a 4kWp system we do offer for 4600 - 5100 STG, max 5500 if best equipment was chosen.
(just as guideline.. we have seen offers for 7600 stg for a 4kWp system)

but, we do offer much more.
back-up and grid connected smart systems, off-grid systems, solar well pumping and solar pool pumping, all much more difficult to design and not offered by "others".
too difficult or they offer systems which do not work (for a long time)
especially the solar pool pumping is interesting here, because it is a nice "start into solar" and as they do not require extensive permission work, installation and savings can start much earlier...
Kind Regards

Are you able to give some idea of the cost of a typical system for sloar powering a pool pump?

Hi stephen,
of course
we calculate solar pool pump systems to your pool circulation requirements, which should be for a private pool approx 1,3 times in summer.
net, not brut = we calculate also pressure losses from pipes and filter.
that, often, leads to a cleaner pool as customers ever had before, and-or, you need less chemicals....

a typical price for a solar powerded solar pump, incl PV panels, installation and VAT is... approx 6 years return of investment.
ok, in other words:
- for a 10 x 5 x average 1,5 meter deep pool (+ balance tank approx 75-80 tons) somewhat between 2700 and 3000 euros.

pumps: lorentz.de
panels: solarworld.de , the best ones available, glas-glas modules.
