well, most probably this property is
- superb insulated to save a lot of heating and cooling energy,
- equipped with solar pool pumping and
- a very well working solar thermal system which produces tons of hot water to a.back up the heating system, b. pool heating and c.domestic hot water
- plus, on top, a PV net metering system incl. battery storage to survive any power cut...
so, this advert (from a company still without badge) is well positioned in this forum!
