Mulitmax NTV unwatchable???

BBC & ITV and many other channels on Multimax NTV unwatchable Saturday evening, not up to it's usual standard. We are in Malatya, did any other subscribers have problems?

Dont want support, just a service where we do not have to request support.
Understand you are moving offices but why does our internet have to play up?

Came home to watch the x factor. Sad huh.

I watched a frame every 30 seconds until i got very frustrated and went to lay on the sofa.

I promised myself i was not going to moan but i do agree with you suel5.

The picture freezes and the sound carries on and then the sound will eventually go off.

Just watching ITV2 and some guys are dancing and they are all doing handstands and still singing

i get a small circle in the middle of the picture keep going round and round. Look below.

Why should moving an office affect anyone's signal?? Surely they are two different parts of a business, or should be. There must be more to all this problem with the transmission/signal of Mbs to all the customers????? so that the customer can get what they are paying for. Something is slow timing, is it just the signal, who knows?

Have to say that we had problems watching tv through mm this weekend and the weekend before, even trying to watch with iplayers.
All is back to normal now.
Normal is, never usually have a problem and if we do, a text, or message to their online support resolves it within 10 minutes.

My opinion is that mm is one of the best internet suppliers for what you get. Have been with them from the start,grumbled a little but their explanation was they were moving offices.
They seem to of moved and all is fixed!

Wish mine was booming in or working good.Cannot open some sites and pages time out and do not open. Maybe ADSL might be something to try,any one here use ADSL?

Mine is working pretty fine as well. 1-2 times per month i might get buffering a few times, but as whole, it's a good service...I am happy with it, and the support is on a good level as well.

Fine again now but awful earlier this evening. Has been like this for the past 3 saturday nights?
Got onto mm and they said problem was in the house this time.
Funny how its now past peak and the internet is fine and so it ntv

As i said system cannot handle amount of punters subscribed.

There is an answer but it costs money,lots of it !
