Internet Help Heeded Please

My main computer has internet and is working OK.

My mobile phone wont connect and neither will my wife's phone her laptop or TV in the room right above the Multimax router.

Can anyone suggest a solution please.

Try switching off the router for about 30 seconds and then back on again. Usually works.

Is your computer connected via a cable or wifi? If cable there is your answer.

Are the other devices recognising the modem? Have you changed the password recently? Are they in airplane mode?
