Internet speed

Multimax premium package for nearly 3 years but for the last 5 weeks every night from 6pm speed drops to less than 1 mb. Ring customer service, checking and yes your speed is very low and you have not exceeded your limit. We will pass onto manager and when fixed will give you a call back. Still waiting. Few nights ago told by customer support yes speed is low but we will extend your contract by 3 days. I have been without usable internet speed every night for nearly 40 days. Anyone else having issues in Karsiyaka.
