renewal of internet during lock down

I Need to renew my internet,, with extend but they said i would need to go to Girne we are on lock down a need to have internet.
anyone else in this situation ?

Provision of internet must have been declared essential as providers have permission to attend breakdowns at people's homes, it therefore ought to follow that it is also essential that you visit their office if that's the only way to ensure no break in service.
