BBC and ITV appear to be working as of 17:30, so it looks as though they're on top of it now...

Update
We confirm that the issue is related to our carrier connection to our data center. Datacenter opened a ticket with the carrier and waiting for their resolution. Thank you for your patience. Unfortunately, we don't have ETA at the moment. However, our engineers are implementing backup access while waiting for our main carrier to fix the overall issue. But some channels will still be down until our primary carrier fix.

Investigating
Our UK data center informed us that the interface towards our backend was disabled by an issue, they do not have the exact reason, it might be a software bug or a human error. They are investigating for any possible hardware failures. This issue is affecting all UK channels at the moment. Once we have further information we will keep you updated.
