Multimax

I have just renewed my annual subscription for multimax and purchased additional days of internet usuage. However, it has charged me but not added the additional days to my account.

I have sent an email off to them as i was not getting a response from the online chat help.

Are multimax still running? Has anybody else came across this issue?

Multimax is still running and were amazing helping me out recently putting DNS on my router remotely. I know some people criticise them but have been with them for years now and the service has always been excellent.

Ok, so perhaps I just need to be patient and wait for them to respond to my email. I also tried calling them but the number didn’t work. Not sure if that is because I am out of the country though.

I presume they won’t be at work now until Monday morning?

I was recently impressed with their WhatsApp service. I was able to get all the answers my customer required and very quickly too. They made me look good too!

What number did you use to WhatsApp Multimax?

Would be grateful if you could share the WhatsApp number snd1966 as my issue still has not been resolved. We arrive on Wednesday and I need internet for the quarantine wristband to work.

Thank you. That number is not on their website. I sent them a message on WhatsApp and they have now responded to me and are looking into the issue.

Hopefully it will be sorted out by the time we get there.

Where did you find that? All of the numbers on the bottom of each page are different from that one.

Not sure why I never seen that before….

However, multimax have been in touch via the WhatsApp number and fixed my issue, acknowledged that I had made a double payment due to a computer issue, have said they will reimburse the cash…. And hopefully when I arrive on Wednesday, everything should be hunky dorey.
