I am getting between 1.2 to 1.4 maps and of course they are offline again so paying for my platinum service is farcical,

shut all down, wait 20 seconds, restart.... after power cuts your rooftop modem may have connected to a sub-optimal base station depending on which one comes back first on power-up.

Got through on the phone and it's fine now but for how long

What did they say that the problem was?

Was it just your connection needing resetting? - I've had that on occasion...

No Keith ,they said I was getting 20 mbps and I asked what have you done and he said he hadn't done anything,strange that because after that it was all working fine,

Did you do as Groucho suggested and power everything down for a while or not?
