Yes.

It depends how you are watching it but the internet speed here is not brilliant to start with and come the weekend when everyone and their dog is on the internet the demand for the service is struggling to cope. Have you done a speed test? Have you turned off your router and reset it?

There is far more to this than your simple question.

Nothing to do with speed but 'bandwidth' available to whom you pay your server with who seem to know zero about overloading by too many of their clients which customer services have no knowledge of. The company owners are not willing to pay for a greater width to cope with their expanding client base. Another TRNC rip off for non-service of monies they've already stolen from you!!!

Are you receiving a legit Netflix account feed or a hookie Netflix feed here?

I ask because we never suffer buffering with a legit Netflix account feed here - unless there is global (as in across all ISPs servicing the north of Cyprus) reduction of internet bandwidth - and that is extremely rare.

For 26TL a month, no tie in period, what’s not to like for a legit Netflix account here?

Netflix and Amazon Prime TV work fine... We've been watching the tennis from Vienna and Transylvania on Prime.

Not strictly true. Speed or lack of it will cause buffering. Youa re also correct though that much of it depends on the bandwidth of the supplier many of whom cannot cope with the demand.
