disposal of old laptops

Can anyone make any suggestions as to best way of disposing of our old laptop here in the trnc

When you say old, do you mean "totally unusable" if not the poorer state school would probably be grateful for them for their students. Or of course there is SOS. The private schools have more than enough of them!!
