Miracle injection

Hi, has anyone on here ever been to Girne hospital and had this miracle injection that apparently all Turkish and Cypriot people get when they are ill. If so, did it work straight away or did you also have to take antibiotics. I am asking as I seem to have picked up a viral infection that my Grandchildren have all recently had, earache, bad throats headaches and high temperature. I haven't felt this ill in ages, just glad I've still got a week before I fly back home. Any advice on this injection would be appreciated. Thanks
