Cosmetic Procedures

Very early in my research stage but looking to see if anyone has had any kind of cosmetic surgery here in the North? I'm looking at having Liposuction and a tummy tuck. Very vain of me but i know this will make me happier. Anyone had any experiences or could recommend someone for me to talk to?
