I recently had a hip replacement privately and as usual they let you out with no guide of any exercises etc to do when you get home!! A friend of mine has been having this Canadian - fully qualified guy named Robbie Frank coning to help her with her issues at home. I phoned him from hospital to organise for him to come and see me at home, to help with my recovery.
He came yesterday and spent an hour with me giving me exercises to do and things NOT to do and was really good - he emailed me all the exercises that evening as a reminder for me to do twice each day.
So great to have someone you feel you can totally trust and that they really know what they are talking about. I would truly recommend this young gentleman.
