Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in TRNC

Hello all,

I wanted to share the fact that there is an excellent Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club here in Kyrenia, in case anybody is interested in martial arts, full contact sports or self-defense for themselves or their children.

Professor Juliano Baraqueti, the founder of the club called DBRM'S, earned his black belt under the world renowned Grand Master Flavio Behring in their native Brasil and has been teaching BJJ for decades. Prof. Juliano is amazing with the kids and they learn so much through his safe and fun approach.

BJJ is great for fitness, stress reduction, increased concentration, learning respect and discipline, self confidence and self-esteem, and of course, self-defense.
