This year's British Forces' Bay-to-Bay Swim is on July 26th

Some of you keen swimmers out there might be interested in entering this event, which is staged annually at the British base in Episkopi. As one would expect from the British Forces, it is a very well organised event. You do, however, have to be at the beach before 7 am on the day, but I suggest you incorporate it into an overnight (or more) stay in the south, maybe a visit to the Troodos mountains or Paphos, as we have done in the past.

In any case, entry fees are €15 if you pre-register or €20.00 on the day, but you do get a T-shirt for that If you do pre-register, then you should hand your form+money in at the front desk at the Episkopi or Dhekelia British Forces' police stations before Friday the 19th.
