Villa crack trait and external decoration

I am currently looking for someone to carry out minor maintenance to the external walls of my villa. Namely crack repair work and painting . Has anyone had this type of work carried out recently and can honestly recommend thier contractor . Would be grateful for any recommendation or advise ..

Cleans as he goes.

Plastered an angled ceiling for us, great job, and after I recommended him to a member of another forum, she said;

Orhan came to the house and did a marvelous, professional job, even though it was 42 degrees he just got on with it, brought his own flask and lunch and didn't even ask for a glass of water, although it was offered.
I cannot recommend him any higher, and will definitely be using him again, well done Orhan.

Thanks for that but did he just paint or did he repair existing cracks . What preparation did he carry out .

I can also recommend Orhan. He painted our place a couple of years ago after filling in the cracks and repairs to woodwork. Everything as said previously.
