Computer repaır,connect to to dısh etc

I have muddled around wıth my desk top,but new gf ınsısts on tv whıch ıs alongsıde...dıd watch untıl a few years ago when provıder wanted payment for non servıce.......Any expert who wıll come to Lapta and sort my computer and tv problems out,please?
