Had an aircon problem which needed investigation so rang up Mr Pipebased in Catalkoy. Explained the problem and he said he would be with us first thing the following morning. Later the same day we received a call to say if it was not inconvenient the engineer could call at ours in 10mins. Agreed that it would be no problem.

Engineers arrived a d before stepping indoors put plastic coverings on their shoes so as not to bring in dirt indoors. Investigated the problem....regassed one unit and chanbed a capacitor in another. Tested and all done and dusted in 40mins.

Impressed with service.

Hasan's a lovely fella, he put in a new boiler for us last year. two weeks after he had completed the work we were wondering why he hadn't asked us for any money. When he eventually rang to ask for payment we were tempted to say that we had sold up and left the country (not really).

He does everything to Corgi registered standards even though it doesn't apply here.

Mr Pipe fitted new inverter a/c units, and hid all the pipes to the house next to us. Also re-plumbed a number of other pipes in the house.

Excellent work, the workmen never blocked our driveway, and all the rubbish was cleared away at the end.

Looks like a very good reputable company.
