1 MONTH FREE- Women only self defence classes

To help celebrate international women's day we are offering all women from 13 years up, free women only self defense classes for the month of March!!

Classes will be held on Saturdays @ 14.30 - 15.30 - 1st class Sat 5th March 2022

Places are limited to 20 people, so book now to reserve your place.

Children under 18 muse be accompanied by an adult.

** A 100tl deposit per person is required to book a place which will be returned to you on your first class deposits must be made in person at the school by no later than Saturday 26th Feb 2022 and a registration form must be filled in to reserve your place **

School opening times for deposits and registration are Saturday's 10.00 - 13.45
