Felicity Cloake's recipes are always good,In her series 'how to make the perfect...' she takes a selection of recipes,then makes her own taking the best features from each recipe.
I haven't tried this one,but her Moussaka is the best I have ever tasted and the one I use now.
It's worth taking time and browsing through them.
