Had to google it lol it looks like kohlrabi.....
which I either roast in the oven,touch of olive oil, fennel seeds,s and p.
Or shred into a coleslaw..

Sometimes see it with meze. I have never had it cooked just with cheese and biscuits. I think very much like radishes
