Turkeys this year will only be sold whole, the farmer didn`t get the chicks at his usual time of year due to the airport closure followed by cargo restrictions, and the weight range will just be 3.5kg - 6kg. So no crowns or breasts this year, just the whole birds. (I`ll update when we have the kilo prices, still waiting for that at the moment)
We are also doing duck, Dutch, frozen, all around 2.5kg, 85 tl a kilo and can do breast and legs as well as whole
We`ll be doing pigs in blankets, gammon, stuffings, and I think Yusuf is planning to have the turkey & cranberry sausages on the counter again shortly too
