While visiting Cheshire Homes I took them three bags of lemons from my overloaded tree, and was able to promise more would be provided by a friend who also has a surplus. They were delighted as they not only use lemons in cooking but make juice and lemonade ,

Cheshire Homes provide daycare for a few "core" clients who are very seriously disabled and have no other outlets (they are the REALLY lonely) , this includes three meals a day and may well be the only nutritious food someof their clients receive. As CH have no public funding and little support they really struggle for money and are very ingenious in providing meals from surplus food provided by local busineses. They would really welcome fresh fruit and vegetables from anyone who has a surplus.
