TRNC recognition by "relatives"

Hello to everybody. I am an Italian fascinated by TNRC and I would like to ask a quick question: in your opinion, why TNRC has not been recognized at least by the other states which share common ethnic origins and speak Turkish-related languages, like Azerbaijan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan etc.? These countries are not in the US/EU sphere of influence and could move as they wish on the diplomatic stage.

Approximately 70 UN resolutions might have something to do with it...

Many thanks for the answer!
It is definitively reasonable, but I could object that:
-Looking back to history, the enforcement of UN resolutions does not seem to have been particularly effective in most cases. If for instance Kazakhstan wanted to recognize TRNC, I doubt that UN resolutions would deter them to proceed.
-According to some political analysis Turkey, after having been unfairly treated (IMHO) by European countries when demanding to join EU, appears to be willing to play rather the role of "regional" power and to tighten links with Central Asia nations of paleo-Turkish descent. In this Turkish "Commonwealth" surely TRNC would have a natural place.
